The American Heart Association (AHA) Community Training Center at Atlanta Technical College offers 
life-saving CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS and PALS courses for first-responders, daycare workers and 
members of the general public.

Instructor Led Course Information

All AHA Instructor-led courses teach skills using the American Heart Association’s proven
practice-while-watching technique, which allows Instructors to observe students, provide feedback 
and guide students through the skills testing. With their student manual for the course. Upon 
successful completion of the course, the student will receive a course completion card valid for 2 
years. All students are required to have a book before, during, and after all AHA
